Really enjoyed how luxurious and truly exceptional the property was and its hospitable staff who handled my reservation. The location was perfect - a short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

Very small bathroom, and the breakfast was too expensive.

Its staff were absolutely courteous and respectful. Our accommodation was set in a very central location really close to shops and restaurants, Ayala mall and the entertainment areas of Mango square and the roof top restaurant. It also was to cebu business center.

A perfectly pleasant stay on a business trip. Nice hot breakfast, delightful food choice. Well-appointed and brand-new unit with a nice decor. Location - amazing near to other transport, nearby malls, transport terminal and famous lechon restaurant, and the airport. Also, to the mall wherein you can eat.

Really loud area.

Our location was good very very close to a large shopping complex which has everything you 'd need. We went out for dinner, found Kuya j Escario, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Got hot and delicious breakfasts with pancake and desserts.

Stayed here for shopping and can recommend it. Appreciated this fairly clean and luxury place, amicable staff and well-appointed rooms. I was offered a room with marvellous views of the mountains. The location was particularly good, near to Airport, the roof top restaurant at apple one, and convenient stores, and the free parking was an excellant bonus. The service was excellent, the breakfast was hot.

Had to cope with problem with drain, that upset me.

Clean and relaxing hotel, views are superb, location is magnificent close to everything. The venue has brand-new rooms and service-oriented staff from very friendly waiter and waitresses and the cook. Nice touch to have climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV.

Great value for money. The hotel offers good standards for the price paid. Convenient location. The hotel is centrally located and close to popular attractions and shopping malls. Friendly staff. The staff at the hotel were helpful and welcoming.

Construction noise. The ongoing construction work next to the hotel can be bothersome, especially during late nights.

Marvellous views, beautiful location close to Ayala center. Very efficient service, parking on site

A lot of food choices

I don’t like that some guests come to eat with inappropriate attire( like very short shorts or as if they just woke up and still in pajamas .I wish that at least there is a minimal dress code when dining.
